Discharge Consent, Plan Ahead!!
Dynamic Tank Solutions specialise in domestic and commercial discharge consents to the NIEA, SEPA and other relevant agencies.
A discharge consent is required for any new property that is not connected to main sewers. It is extremely important that this is done early in planning. This is required as one of your property certifications along with planning permission.
Please note, a discharge consent will now be required for a mortgage draw down whether this is for a new property or a house sale.

“John came out within 24hrs of our call. He inspected the system and knew straight away how to deal with it.
Within a couple of hours he was back with a plan to sort out our emergency.
Great service and all done with a smile. Can’t thank him enough.”
“Just had a tank installed by DTS. I wouldn’t normally post on pages but will make an exception in this case. From the initial conversation with John through the on site meeting to final installation, I have been thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of DTS. Added to that they are all great people and so courteous when carrying out their work. Whether it’s cost, professionalism or any other aspect their work, I doubt you would find a better company to do business with.”
“Got a tank from Dynamic Tank solutions for a new build. Great company to work with. Came when they said they would so no hanging about waiting, delivered a fabulous service. John was a brilliant help and nothing was to much bother. Would highly recommend this company.”
We are experienced
We have over 23 years of experience in the industry
DTS specialise in consent to discharge applications and full drainage surveys for both pre and post house sales. We carry out on-site assessment surveys on existing septic tanks and waste water treatment plants. We offer a comprehensive service from survey to supply and installation often covered via insurance. Unlike dealing with the insurer direct and getting a “settlement” we aim to make sure the adequate funds are available for completion.
